Our rates are derived from the latest market sources as well as leading cost indices such as the BCIS and SPONS price books.

 

Measures are conducted using the NRM 1, NRM 2 and/or SMM7 method of measurement, however we are also happy to produce Bills of Approximate Quantities so called "Builders Quants" measures as these are often favored for pricing purposes by contractors and clients alike when time schedules are tight.

Measurement is done from drawings and annotated marked up drawings will be produced to accompany measures.

 

We will present estimation documents in a professional manner, if you are looking to provide these to a client this will enhance your chance of winning work.

 

If you are a small business and lack the staff capacity to action large volumes of pricing inquiries we can step in and ensure whatever your clients send you can be turned around and priced within the required deadline and will be very competitively priced.

 

The advantage of using a freelance QS is that you only pay for the time you need our service and are not tied into expensive salary and National Insurance Employers contributions as would you be by employing a quantity surveyor on a full time basis.
